          Core Competencies

          • Design & Assembly

            Passionate about the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to manufacturing & final assembly.

          • CAD Proficiency

            Experience using SolidWorks for complex modeling including surfacing and large assembilies.

          • FEA & CFD Simulation

            Skilled in using simulation tools to analyse and validate designs for stress evaluation and fluid dynamics. Specific experience with Ansys Mechancial & STAR CCM+.

          • Code

            Experienced using Python for data intepretation (Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib), Machine learning (TensorFlow) & interfacing with the web (Requests & Websockets). Extensive Arduino experience from controlling servos and LED's to IOT devices.

          • Rapid Prototyping

            Experienced with 3D printing (FDM, SLA) and other prototyping methods to quickly iterate on designs. Soldering, laser cutting & sheet metal experience.

          • Engineering process

            Experience excecuting detailed design reviews and FMEA's. Efficient communicator.
